I’m a big fan of both books and travel, as I believe both come together. Travelling brings you shoulder to shoulder with children in India hawking newspapers at traffic intersections, while books tell you the story behind their lives.
Therefore, I thought I’ll add a section on recommendations about books/ movies related to travel. The book doesn’t have to be about travelling, but more importantly, it tells the story of a place, a destination, and helps us get to know the people living there and their stories.
